FBT Bank & Mortgage | COVID-19 Statement
To our valued customers:
As global concern about the spread and containment of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) continues to rise, FBT Bank & Mortgage is taking the necessary steps to help protect the health and wellbeing of our customers and employees. At this time, we are following the guidance of state and federal agencies, including the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Arkansas Department of Health (ADH). These guidelines highlight implementing internal precautions at all of our locations to help prevent the spread of the virus, and include:
Cleaning commonly used areas more often
Encouraging increased employee handwashing
Asking employees who are ill to remain home
To protect the health of our customers and team, we have closed bank lobbies in Fordyce, Rison, White Hall and Pine Bluff. Drive-through lanes at all locations will remain open. All departments will be staffed to answer questions and help you with your banking needs. If you have any questions, please call us at any of the numbers listed below. We also want to remind you of other ways that FBT can service your banking needs. In addition to drive-through services, we also have online and mobile services that deliver exceptional service. Remember:
Online Banking: allows you to check balances, view account history, transfer funds and pay bills. Access our online banking tools at www.fbtbank.com.
Mobile Banking: allows you to check balances, transfer funds, pay bills and deposit checks. Online banking customers can download the FBT Bank & Mortgage mobile app in Apple’s App Store and Android’s Google Play Store.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: After you’ve set up your new accounts with FBT Bank & Mortgage, leave your old accounts active long enough to allow outstanding checks or automatic withdrawals to clear. Once you’re sure your old bank accounts are inactive, ask your previous financial institution to send you the balance from that account to close it out. Then you can destroy your old checks, ATM/debit cards and deposit slips.
