FBT Bank & Mortgage | Cyber Security Awareness AlertTo our valued customers:Fraud is on the rise worldwide, fraud attempts usually involve an introductory text message attempting to confirm fake transactions. If a customer replies that this isn’t familiar to them, they receive a call from someone impersonating a bank representative. Through conversation, the impersonator attempts to convince the customer to provide the credentials they need to access the customer’s digital banking account. The fraudsters then use P2P to transfer funds from the customer’s accounts to their own. Please do not respond to any text messages, or click on any links in text messages. If you receive a phone call just hang up and call your local branch. In 1931, FBT Bank & Mortgage began as a full-service bank under the name Fordyce Bank & Trust. Our bank started with its focus on simplifying our customers’ lives and has continued to do for more than 80 years. We opened our doors to provide banking options in an area in need of economic stimulus and to offer services that filled a void in the southeast region of the state. Even then, our goal was to simplify the lives of community members who at that time, had to travel to receive banking services.
FBT Bank & Mortgage has grown to offer you more. Our name has changed because we serve customers throughout the region, not just in Fordyce. We’ve grown from one location to five full service and 1 loan processing (branches in Fordyce, Rison, Watson Chapel, White Hall, and Pine Bluff), with total assets of approximately $165 million.
